Monarch Medical Selects The Rhodes/Heliad Group To Distribute its Electronic Healthcare Software System


Lakewood, NJ - February 19, 2003 —
Monarch Medical International announced today that the company has signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with The Rhodes/Heliad Group, a multi divisional corporation providing information technology solutions to the federal and commercial marketplace. Rhodes/Heliad will sell and support Monarch's CliniFlow software Electronic Health Care System, which offers a wide range of functionality to US medical practices of all sizes.

CliniFlow's Electronic Health Care Software System is an Information Manager providing the Core Component for clinical and financial healthcare administration. CliniFlow software has been developed well beyond the standard Electronic Medical records (EMR) solution. It provides an IT solution from the clinical to the hospital environment and is a practical solution to the real-world problems of managing clinical records and resources. The inclusion of CliniFlow in the Rhodes/Heliad lineup of technology solutions will be an additional sales channel for Monarch.

HIPAA is the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act which requires adoption of standards for security, privacy and electronic healthcare transactions.
