Before integrating Acumen EHR with my medical practice, we were facing several operational issues. It was quite time-consuming to create accurate patient records, and it was equally difficult to access them quickly when needed. The patient portal feature of Acumen has proven to be immensely useful in resolving this issue. Furthermore, I believe that the cost is reasonable, and the software in itself was simple to set up. I have also benefited from the mobile application, which has helped me stay up to date even when I am on the go.

We have been using Acumen EHR for a few months now at our medical practice. Of course, we have come across certain downsides to the software. For example, at times, it will run slower. This is frustrating, but still bearable. There is also a lack of customization, which is not an essential need currently, but I may prefer it in the future.
