Pros thumbs-up

I am not good with computers, so I didn’t really care about the new EMR being implemented. However, the voice recognition has me hooked! It is very easy to add or extract patient information, which helps in practice management. It is very affordable and comes with excellent e-prescription and e-signature system integration.

Cons thumbs-up

It is not good at managing appointments, though. You have to often reach out to customer support, which is slow. And the list of service providers is not as detailed as needed to make our work easier.

It’s amazing, but it could be perfect if they improve their customer services.

Pros thumbs-up

Being cloud-based makes it simple to store and retrieve records from anywhere at any time. It is also simple to use and connects with a wide range of service providers, such as imaging centers, laboratories, pharmacies, and chemists, making it simple to provide e-health care to patients from far-flung locations. I cannot appreciate enough the safe cloud storage that is always available via the web interface.

Cons thumbs-up

Everything is generally OK, so there are no real complaints here. Just that the customer service team needs to be a little more responsive, especially with new clients, so they don't lose them. It was confusing at the start to properly implement it, and at times we were ready to quit due to frustration and the lack of timely responses from the company.
