Having used several EMR platforms throughout my career, I consider Agile EMR to be superior and essentially a complete package for our needs; many other systems omit certain capabilities that are necessary to operate an efficient, high-performing clinic. Navigating Agile is remarkably intuitive, which has significantly decreased the time I spend on documentation and the interface permits entry of comprehensive clinical details in a tidy, structured manner so that locating information becomes fast and straightforward. I appreciate the Medbridge integration because it streamlines distribution of home exercise programs and simplifies hosting virtual therapy visits. In my role as clinic manager, the administrative and reporting tools give me clear insight into key patient, clinician and referral metrics that support day-to-day productivity and whenever I've needed assistance the support staff has responded promptly with concise, helpful answers.

As a clinician I consider Agile to be a remarkable combination of speed and robustness and the cloud-based platform is intuitively designed so that navigating it becomes second nature almost immediately; I particularly appreciate the notification tags that alert a therapist both when a progress note or revised plan of care is approaching and again when it becomes due, which keeps me on track without hunting for deadlines. The ability to customize evaluation templates enables me to record every pertinent piece of information efficiently and the IT support ranks among the best I've encountered,consistently quick and professional. Having worked with multiple EMRs in outpatient settings, I can say this one st ands out as the best I've used and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I find the interface very intuitive and because compliance tools are integrated it removes much of the anxiety around documentation; my daily notes are fast to complete thanks to the treatment log paired with the SOAP note layout and although customizing evaluation forms through templates can take a little while to get exactly how I like them, once configured the whole process becomes highly streamlined, making it straightforward and efficient to finish all of my paperwork.
