The online virtual version runs very slowly and freezes constantly and the support has not been helpful either.
Cons ![]()
After using this software for many years, I recently switched to the virtual server version and the experience has gone downhill. It is extremely slow and overall it has become frustrating to work with. Support has not been good either and they keep making promises that it will get faster without any real improvement. The biggest problems show up when searching diagnostic codes, signing charts, using the very poor spell check and writing prescriptions which has become a nightmare.
Pros ![]()
I only stayed with it because I already had records from my previous physician practice in the system and aside from that, it's a very basic setup.
Cons ![]()
The cloud-based version is honestly a complete mess, built on a very unreliable database and basically useless which ended up forcing me to switch. On top of that, they keep charging for unnecessary connections but you have no choice if more than one or two people need to access the account at the same time.
Pros ![]()
It lets users schedule activities which is really useful for staying organized and planning work ahead.
Cons ![]()
Creating Gantt charts is easy but complete project management scheduling can get complicated at times.
Pros ![]()
The software is fairly easy, with basic charting that could be decent if the advertised features actually worked the way they're supposed to. At first glance, it also seems quite affordable compared with other EHR systems.
Cons ![]()
My top three issues are these: first, the software has not just been neglected in terms of development and updates but parts of it are fundamentally broken and some advertised features are simply missing. That feels deceptive. Second, live customer support is almost nonexistent. The best available option is usually a chat queue with a small number of reps who have mixed levels of knowledge. The usual response is along the lines of "we know about it but there's no timeline for when or whether it will be fixed. It's low priority so try to work around it." Third, they do not honor negotiated contract terms. A salesperson can come back later, "audit" your account and add charges they claim should have been paid based on rules that were either introduced afterward or never clearly disclosed in the first place.
Pros ![]()
The reporting feature is great. This software provides a platform for patients to contact any pharmacy they need.
Cons ![]()
It requires to improve basic things like font style or color-coding.
Pros ![]()
A good EMR system with a simple user interface. It allows for constructive interaction between the doctor and patient for care plans.
Cons ![]()
This software requires to upload more training videos on its website.
Pros ![]()
The appointment section is very well organized. It allows for documentation to be done in a timely manner making it easy to read past encounters.
Cons ![]()
Some of the features in this software need to be updated.
Pros ![]()
It's easy to use when everything is working properly and the pricing was budget friendly.
Cons ![]()
Customer support is basically nonexistent, even though we pay extra for it. We haven't been able to prescribe narcotics and left several messages over a two week span without any response until yesterday. When someone finally got back to us, he openly said he wasn't trained to help with the issue. We were also told to expect a return call today at 2pm but no one reached out. There's no direct number to call and speak with a person so all you can do is leave a message and hope someone eventually calls back. In our case, that took weeks. The chat feature is never available either.
Pros ![]()
Feels accessible to use and most of what you need is right there on the main screen.
Cons ![]()
Support is extremely disappointing if you ever need assistance. The live chat is never staffed and opening an email ticket happens automatically but no one follows up. I've been waiting for a response for 3 weeks. On top of that, when they run into their own system issues, they push urgent upgrades that are very hard to schedule, cost hundreds of dollars extra and usually end up creating new problems.
Pros ![]()
Seeing the full note in progress on one screen is helpful. The software is simple in theory which makes it fairly easy to use and it is also easy to train new staff on.
Cons ![]()
The biggest reality though, is the endless bugs. Since the last update, the system has become even more unstable and it is difficult to get through a single hour without every user running into some kind of technical issue. Support is basically nonexistent. I'm both the physician and the de facto IT person in our small office which is exactly the kind of practice AC targets. When I contact tech support, they make you leave a message. Then when they finally return the call, they won't answer questions from my staff or wait a moment for me to get to the phone since I'm usually with a patient. It turns into nonstop phone tag until I eventually give up. It honestly feels like an intentional setup to cut down on support calls. The service is terrible.
