The Best Solution

Pros:
This has been my best decision. Its a wonderful software and I have been using this for years now, especially if you are running a small practice on your own and are not working with some big hospital Athena helps you a lot by cutting your cost down as you would not have to employ a number of employees, its a complete solution.

Cons:
NONE.

Schedule previewing is a win

Pros:
Pleasing and simple my favorite aspect of the software is that you can use its schedule previewing and it also comes with an option to chose which schedules you want to preview.

Cons:
Psych treatment schedules are not carried out completely for that we have to use another tool, if they fix this I wouldn't have any con to state.

Better than having an RCM team

Pros:
The tool provides a variety of options and is a two in one with an EMR/EHR coupled with the billing services. Using this is far better than having a team.

Cons:
The backend team needs to have better communication for example in terms of billing sometimes the lack of information provided causes confusion.

Billing made easy

Pros:
From a practitioner's point of view, the billing is not difficult at all. Plus the software has also started various different EMRs, which is a big edge and ease as the imaging and labs can be pulled out of other compatible systems.

Cons:
Setting up the software was a little hassle as I wouldn't agree with the fact that its good for small practices as the software assumes that I have a big team handling my billing.
