If you are working in a rather small medical practice, BillingDocs is the solution for you! It offers excellent documents’ handling features which are a rare find in this price category. I have been able to modify it to the limits, so that everything is exactly customized according to my requirements. It was also easy to adjust with the software, thanks to smooth navigations and an intuitive UI. BillingDocs has not only made me more efficient in my work but has also helped us generate profits!

The only problem with this software is that so far, I have found no one else who uses this software. I was the first one to get it implemented in my town and have had mostly good experiences. After my advice, even others have taken up this software. But since it is so obscure in my town, I have no one to discuss common issues with and no real comparisons in sight. The customer support is great though, so this issue is resolvable as well.

Running a small medical practice means a lot of work is managed by us doctors ourselves. In my case too, handling bills manually was very difficult. I hardly had any extra time to manage finances along with examining patients. It posed a risk of me sending a wrong invoice to clients. Someone recommended me to use Billingdocs to reduce my workload, right within my budget. It is surprisingly good and a very capable billing solution which covers up most of my work. They also have a good customer service team which is very responsive and respectful.

It was a bit difficult to set up the software, mainly because I’ve never really used any billing services before. Transitioning from manual to a digital system required a level of effort I wasn’t ready for. But I had to take out the time to familiarize myself with it, which was ultimately worth the effort. Unfortunately, there’s almost no technical information available online about its integration. If it wasn’t for the excellent customer support, I would never have stayed on this platform.
