My experience with Cerbo has been nothing short of amazing. Since I began using it for my solo practice just a month ago, it has operated with such efficiency that it feels like it's replaced at least 1.5 full-time employees. The setup process and the support provided were exceptional. The responsiveness of the team coupled with the extensive functionalities of the product have left both me and my patients thoroughly impressed with the portal and telemedicine options. I cannot praise Cerbo enough.

Cons thumbs-up

Negotiating both clicking and hitting return feels somewhat laborious, yet amidst that, my adoration for it remains undiminished.

Pros thumbs-up

The customer support is good devoid of the frustrations and delays typical of many companies. I particularly appreciate being able to access multiple patient charts simultaneously and having all parts of the patient chart readily available while documenting notes. The feature set, including automatic note-saving during power or internet outages, stands out compared to other EMRs.

Cons thumbs-up

I yearn for the ability to embellish my encounter notes akin to Word documents, where bold, italic, and underline options are easily accessible with simple key combinations. As a temporary workaround, I resort to capitalizing crucial parts, albeit it mars the aesthetics of the notes. Furthermore, the lack of a searchable database for specialists nationwide is a significant drawback, unlike the functionality offered by Elation. Integrating such a feature, akin to pharmacies and medication listings, would be immensely beneficial. Presently, I spend considerable time manually inputting specialist details, a task that could be streamlined through API integration. My billing software also fails to synchronize with Cerbo, posing an additional inconvenience.

I love their flexibility and customization options have been instrumental in adapting to my practice's needs, during the Covid-19 pandemic when telemedicine became essential overnight.

Cons thumbs-up

The absence of templates necessitates manual transcription of lab results into notes, occasionally compounded by formatting glitches. Integration with Spruce, a popular telecommunication system among Direct Primary Care Practices, would be a welcomed addition.
