Pros ![]()
We rely on it to integrate across all facets of our medical software requirements, addressing the diverse functions our team needs.
Cons ![]()
I find the software painfully redundant, because I must repeat the same procedural steps again and again to accomplish a single task, which results in a cumbersome workflow, moreover, there appears to be no uniform standard of operation across modules so components never behave the same way as one another, it also fails to adhere to Windows conventions, making navigation and everyday use awkward, frequent crashes plague the system and whenever developers resolve one defect it seems to spawn five more.
Pros ![]()
For me, the interface is simple to navigate and that ease significantly organizes my everyday tasks.
Cons ![]()
I find that the sharing of health data between inpatient and outpatient environments is insufficiently powerful, creating hurdles in achieving smooth continuity of care.
Pros ![]()
From my standpoint, there is absolutely nothing worthwhile about this product and I cannot identify any positive aspects.
Cons ![]()
Because the list of problems has become overwhelmingly long and unmanageable, our team has decided to transition our organization to Epic.
Pros ![]()
I find the interface simple, making navigation effortless and user-oriented.
Cons ![]()
As for me, I liked Cerner a lot and have nothing negative to report whatsoever.
Pros ![]()
When caring for hospitalized patients, I have simple access to their medical records via this system throughout their stay and I can also reach information through the patient portal.
Cons ![]()
Switching between different flowsheets is clunky and I found it requires substantial initial training and hands-on practice before becoming comfortable.
Pros ![]()
From my experience, the application remains fairly rudimentary, yet I appreciate that it provides simple tools for protecting records and managing appointment scheduling without unnecessary complications.
Cons ![]()
I occasionally find that completing certain tasks demands an excessive number of clicks, which slows down my workflow and reduces overall efficiency.
Pros ![]()
As a user, I find the application to be highly secure and remarkably easy to operate, which guarantees that I can retrieve information without hassle for any future reference.
Cons ![]()
I honestly have no complaints about the program since it comprehensively meets all of my requirements and leaves no functional gaps that I can identify.
Pros ![]()
I find the software's usability outstanding and moving through its interface is consistently effortless even when I'm navigating multiple features at once.
Cons ![]()
I wish there were a way to override certain automated actions, particularly in urgent scenarios such as directing C-sections straight to the operating room, because having that control would markedly improve operational efficiency.
Pros ![]()
When booking appointments, I value the simple, uncluttered process that makes scheduling quick and painless.
Cons ![]()
What frustrates me most is that I cannot examine other sections of a patient's chart while I'm engaged in a task, because doing so forces me to leave the current workflow and switch to a different area of the record.
Pros ![]()
I find no redeeming qualities in Cerner products or the corporation. Many reviews come from individuals who have never used the product or do not rely it in their daily work. It is disheartening that comments from front desk personnel hold the same weight as those from licensed physicians responsible for critical tasks such as documentatiand ordering. This diminishes the value of these reviews and raises concerns about the system's reliability.
Cons ![]()
Cerner's PowerChart templates prove to be ineffective, and the system's interoperability of labs falls short, making it difficult to import outside lab results into the results review. The workflows lack clarity, impeding timely access to essential information, and the powerforms/powernotes fail to provide the necessary assistance. Compared to more affordable EMR products, Cerner's system lags behind in terms of functionality. Despite three updates, the ICD-10 codes continue to be inaccurately entered, significantly increasing the complexity of tasks. It is disappointing that Cerner fails to incorporate physician input in daily charting requirements, hindering efficient and intuitive documentation. Furthermore, orders falling off the MAR after a year pose reimbursement issues and safety concerns. If regulatory bodies were closely monitoring EMRs, Cerner's system would likely face immediate shutdowns due to the potential risk to patient safety.
