Well I absolutely love this software and after having worked with numerous other systems such as ChiroTouch, Platinum, Jane and several others over the years, I genuinely feel that nothing comes close to ChiroHD. As it is way too easy to use, exceptionally good for scheduling and I also like that texting functionality is integrated directly into the platform.

We find the email integration capabilities somewhat limited and wish they offered more advanced features and customization options to better suit our workflows and additionally we are eagerly anticipating the release of the GHL integration which we hope will be available very soon because we're genuinely excited about it.
Pros ![]()
I find the interface very user-friendly and easy to use particularly when I need to view schedules across multiple office locations. Also the billing functionality is acceptable at the moment and I expect it will improve significantly when it becomes fully integrated with Trizetto.
Cons ![]()
It would be extremely beneficial for me if the system allowed me to modify every identical appointment simultaneously so that when a patient opts to alter their recurring day or time I can update all instances in a single action rather than editing each one individually.
Pros ![]()
The user friendly layout and responsive support staff is what I like about this tool. Plus everything is clearly labeled and their assistance is consistently concise, helpful and timely too.
Cons ![]()
Occasionally there are difficulties getting systems to connect and communicate with one another across patients and visits. Nevertheless, I can always obtain prompt help when I require it.
Pros ![]()
I find the platform extremely user friendly and whenever I come across problems I can reach their team rapidly, who then guide me step-by-step through every issue I raise.
Cons ![]()
We find it restrictive that family members cannot jointly use a single app account to manage and cancel every appointment for all profiles which forces difficult workarounds, in particular, the bulk-scheduling feature lacks an option to reschedule every appointment at once when times or days shift so we are compelled either to delete all bookings or to edit them one day at a time to cancel and modify appointments and I also wish there were tighter integration with GoHighLevel so that we could perform all related actions smoothly within one platform.
Pros ![]()
What I like most about ChiroHD is the texting feature and how simple the interface is to use. Plus I find it to be a smartly designed platform with many practical features that make using the software easy and efficient. The reports we can create are often very useful too and provide great value for our practice.
Cons ![]()
What frustrates me most about ChiroHD is the frequent updates, while I understand that updates are necessary and can improve the platform, on numerous occasions when changes are deployed they have interfered with other functionality or caused parts of the system to become slower than usual. Another drawback for me is the lack of a built-in billing option which forces us to use external tools and additionally I am disappointed that certain very specific reports cannot be generated from within the system.
Pros ![]()
We find it user-friendly and we like being able to set alerts for patients because that feature helps us avoid forgetting to provide superbills or traction devices and in general it supports communication whenever there is more than one CA
Cons ![]()
I can't alter text size, color, bolding or underlining in patient notes on their file and the font is tiny
Pros ![]()
Because it is cloud-hosted I find the layout fairly user friendly and can access most functions from a single page without needing to launch several separate applications or windows. I also like the smooth connection to my x-ray software.
Cons ![]()
That said the system can be overly click-intensive to perform routine tasks and I often feel constrained by the SOAP macros because they limit what I can add or edit. For example I can't apply bold or underline formatting, the macro won't auto-capitalize a word if it appears at the start of a sentence and spacing can become awkward when I build custom macros, attempting to insert diagnosis codes through macros is particularly frustrating and images imported from my x-ray program sometimes appear slightly darker than they do in the original software.
Pros ![]()
One of the things I love most about ChiroHD is that it's always improving. And it feels like every few months, a major update arrives that makes my daily work much smoother and running the practice much easier.
Cons ![]()
At the moment my sole frustration with ChiroHD lies in their patient mobile application which lacks a family scheduling feature, I have been informed, however, that their engineering team is actively developing this functionality and if it becomes available I anticipate immediately adopting it to manage scheduling for my patients.
Pros ![]()
ChiroHD software is remarkably good to bring up a patients complete profile with only a few clicks. Plus I can effortlessly view and download X-rays when needed.
Cons ![]()
for me the absence of an autosave feature for the primary complaints I enter , meaning the system doesn't retain those entries automatically , has caused several issues.
Pros ![]()
As a user I find the platform exceptionally easy to use and navigate and the customer support has been consistently helpful and responsive.
Cons ![]()
I struggle to build standard email templates within the system and I would really appreciate an integration with my VoIP phone setup so that missed calls could trigger automated text messages.
