Their WebVista offers a complete cost-effective solution of VistA-based software alongside the Practice Management system in the Web 2.0 offering.

The software makes use of the FreeB2 medical billing engine. ClearHealth EMR features detailed practice management and Electronic Medical Records software which adopts the main categories of functionality for client scheduling, client registration, electronic medical records, CPOE, electronic and paper billing, and SQL reporting. As an open-source reference implementation of several interoperability protocols, ClearHealth has support for working with data in HL7 and CCR formats.
