Overall, a fantastic experience

Using the software and working with the team can be best described as an "experience" rather than just the usage of the software. They really go out of their way to pamper you and cater to your needs with utmost priority. It offers a way to provide quick coding to modify it to match your requirements. And then use it to monitor results, modify programs, and especially take care of special needs audiences. Our team has been able to swiftly manage patient files and update the records, change treatment frequencies, and really make the software their own through personal tweaking. The support team is also good and always available.

It makes working with multiple vendors and third-party products a bit complicated. This had to be an inherent part of software that deals with an organization that works with dozens of different vendors on a daily basis. However, the training was good enough to teach any workarounds possible, and they did listen to our complaints and assure us a fix is on the way. Let's see what happens now. I am willing to keep working with the software as long as possible.

Outstanding approach to EMR and practice management.

A lot can be done with ease thanks to their move towards telephonic messaging systems. We can set templates and presets to make tasks like ordering medications and getting lab results semi-automatic. It is worth the investment of money and time required to train the user, which, frankly, isn't much at all. It is very customizable and flexible, especially if you approach a reseller for the procurement. They can offer you a lot of features you might not be able to get from the company directly.

Training and application are not difficult, at least not for me. Many users have reported that it is labor-intensive and requires far more effort from them than they are accustomed to. Templates are helpful, but good luck creating them on your own since they are too rigid to just go ahead and customize. I feel like it's not as secure as other medical software is, and I'm saying this after years of experience in the field.

CoCENTRIX: A long-term user review

We have been long-term users of other EHRs and EMRs, making us the ideal audience for CoCENTRIX to target. They invited us to try out their pilot program, which initially took care of medical records and then the billing system of our hospital. It was a rough start but smoothed out pretty quickly thanks to the continuous comments from our technical team, which Concentrix's team listened to. Many other already-accomplished EHRs often lack the amount of care these small providers offer. I will keep using this software.

Some may think of it as inefficient since they almost never get anything right on the first try. I mean, they use the real-world experience of users to improve the software and smooth out the errors. It seems they are so focused on getting new clients that they miss the fact that their current users are frustrated in the process. The software itself is a bit harder to learn, especially with them adding new features frequently. Getting yourself up to speed can be a challenge sometimes.

Cocentrix: intuitive, reliable, and robust

I was responsible for introducing this EHR in my office, and I'm glad that I made the right decision. Everyone has praised the capabilities and the ease of use, which is rare in such complicated software. They have a very helpful team, which further increases the reliability of this software. We use it for complete patient management like appointments, e-prescriptions, and lab results. Our staff has mastered CoCENTRIX in no time, and guiding our patients to interact with the software is a breeze.

Their technical support is hard to reach and responds very slowly. They would not even begin working on your problem until 2–3 emails were exchanged. Posting payments is easy enough on our end, but sometimes they are not processed on time. I hope this review helps those considering the software.
