Satisfied

Pros:
I have been using the software as a sole practitioner and as well as with a company and it has satisfied my needs in both. The software has great progress notes and has electronic intake forms that are completely customizable.

Cons:
Does not have an app, and the mobile view is weird.

It is a very helpful tool.

Pros:
This tool has been a great help to my small therapy business. With this tool I’ve been able to stay organized. The customer support team is great, and I am grateful to my go to guy representative. He has always helped me by providing me with on demand assistance.

Cons:
I can’t view all the appointments at the same time in the calendar view, but it is broken into categories of an hour/45 minutes.

Excellent product!

Pros:
The software is easy to use. It is great for therapists that run a private practice. The customer support is excellent, they are prompt in responding and are very helpful. They always answer with specific instructions that doesn’t confuse you at all. I can access all the confidential details that I have stored from anywhere. Patients are able to print or download their own insurance/billing information easily.

Cons:
Currently, I cannot compare it and write any cons about it as this is the only product that I’ve used, and it satisfies all my needs.

Easy to use.

Pros:
My experience so far with this product has been great. It is convenient, user-friendly and quick. It is easy to use this product. Setting up appointments, sending reminders, sending insurance and calendars, all of this is real easy.

Cons:
The only thing that consumes my time and needs to be improved is the payment area. Once you add the payment amount it cannot be edited, you have to cancel it and start all over to fix the error you might have made.

I love it.

Pros:
This software is really great and, having a private practice I thought that it won’t be easy to manage an EMR system, but this product has been great. This system keeps tracking of everything. Taking notes are so easy with this system. It provides with templates for notes and treatment plans. Its calendar is easily linked with your phone calendar. Patients can easily make appointments with the help of this software. it can easily be linked to insurances, which makes billing really easy and trouble free.

Cons:
It doesn’t have any cons. You would like everything that it has. A few functions might require training, but once you’ve been trained on it, everything becomes really easy.

Good for my practice.

Pros:
The customer service is great, always helps. There is a learning curve to the product, but once you get to know about it, everything becomes easy and straightforward. With this product, I can easily manage my entire practice, which makes my life a lot easier for me.

Cons:
There is an extra cost for video conferencing with clients. I think that there shouldn’t be an extra cost for it and it should be included in the regular cost.
