Wastes time.

Pros:
The only thing I like about this software is the simplicity. It's easy to learn and figure out.

Cons:
The number of clicks required to work through a patient appointment is just too many. It takes a long time which reduces the number of patients I am able to see in a day, It affects my work efficiency and wastes time. I was able to cater to more clients back when we wrote or used dictated notes.

Home care therapy.

Pros:
This product is excellent if you operate with a big system. I like being able to monitor a patient's progress from acute to recovery to home treatment. When I can find what I need inside the map online, I don't have to do too many phone calls.

Cons:
I find it daunting to chart by exception because I don't want to lose anything. There are certain important tasks that may not be prompted to be completed.
