for me the Main Exam consolidates every patient's information onto a single page, making it very simple to scan through records and highly accessible for finding exactly what I need quickly.

There are two improvements I would like to request: first, while I'm entering interpretations it would be immensely helpful to have a Next and/or Back arrow at the bottom of the favorites pane, mirroring the control that already exists at the top because that small addition would shave off several seconds per entry and materially speed my workflow,especially when I'm scribing alongside the physician and need to move rapidly between selections. Second, I expect the "save all medications to medication list" checkbox in the Medication tab to actually capture and store the medications that populate from ERx under "Surescripts Drug History," but currently those items are not being saved there which forces me to perform extra manual steps and undermines the convenience that checkbox is supposed to provide.
