Pros ![]()
I actually find the EHR to be stylish, highly adaptable and remarkably easy to use, which makes daily charting feel much smoother than I expected.
Cons ![]()
For me, the billing and practice management module is awkwardly designed, cumbersome and genuinely difficult to use in day-to-day operations, creating unnecessary friction in our workflow.
Pros ![]()
In my experience, their customer service is excellent, with very fast response times and they address problems promptly.
Cons ![]()
For issues I don't like, they usually manage to fix them, but I'm frustrated that allergies aren't always visible; I have to click on the patient's name to view that information.
Pros ![]()
For more than five years I've relied on Trimed and it's been excellent; the team is dependable and always ready to assist whenever we have a question or want to make a suggestion, which I genuinely appreciate. Having worked with another EMR in the past, I find Trimed far more intuitive and user-friendly and our staff are grateful for the support team, who consistently respond to inquiries and help us troubleshoot whenever anything comes up.
Cons ![]()
We haven't encountered any problems; everything operates smoothly for our team, so honestly there are no drawbacks to report.
Pros ![]()
One of the things I value most is how quickly they respond; I don't have to file a ticket and then wait a full 24-48 hours to hear back because someone usually jumps in almost immediately and when the issue can't be resolved on the spot they keep me informed about the progress and current status, which I find very reassuring.
Cons ![]()
I really miss the in-person user conferences and wish they would consider offering a Zoom alternative to replicate that experience; although the Tuesday tips they send are genuinely helpful, I'm more of a h ands-on, face-to-face person and prefer the interactive, in-person setting to fully learn and practice new features.
Pros ![]()
I appreciated the support team and the simplicity of the software and whenever I encountered problems they were resolved without delay.
Cons ![]()
We really don't have much to criticize because TriMed satisfied all of our needs at the time, so there wasn't anything significant to report.
Pros ![]()
From my experience, the software is incredibly straightforward to navigate, customer support responds quickly and h andles issues efficiently, the pricing feels reasonable and even the patients I work with are able to use it without any trouble.
Cons ![]()
Personally, I haven't encountered any real drawbacks or issues with TriMed in my experience.
Pros ![]()
The software has an easy to use and navigate interface. The functions are simple enough to understand. Therefore, our doctors have experienced much ease during their daily work.
Cons ![]()
This may sound like a dragging old comment to dust under the rug, but the software’s lagging issue can be really annoying. It is ok for a while honestly but then after some time it starts happening over and over and that just really makes you want to stop the work altogether.
Pros ![]()
Our small practice has benefited immensely from e-Medsys. It comes with a number of helpful features that help us with eligibility checks, credit posting, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and patient recall. Highly recommended.
Cons ![]()
We did have a slight problem when we needed to transfer some data from one desktop to another, some of our files got corrupted but we were able to recover them.
Pros ![]()
Our practice has found Trimed to be consistently wonderful and what really sets Trimed apart, in my view, is the exceptional team they have working behind the scenes, who have always been incredibly helpful and supportive to us.
Cons ![]()
I will admit that some features felt confusing at first, but with patient guidance from their support staff I was able to learn the system quickly and easily.
Pros ![]()
When we were looking for software for our practice, a lot of companies left us blindsided with their price packages that sneakily included things we didnt need and charged us more for it. But when we came across Medsys, they were totally honest about the features that we did not need.
Cons ![]()
Setting up the software was a little bumpy for us. Also, there is definitely a learning curve involved but we do wonder if that has something to do with us not being able to fully comprehend things. Their demo showed things a bit too easy but it was hard for us.
