ECLIPSE Practice Management Software

ECLIPSE practice management dates back to 1985, when a software developer and chiropractor teamed up to develop a complete EHR solution. The company has a list of firsts in its 25-year journey in the US healthcare IT space. Known as the first practice management system to run on the Microsoft Platform, ECLIPSE is now being used by thousands of medical practitioners nationwide. The owners of the company were the first to introduce the concept of case management under a single unique ID.

Despite being in the industry for more than 25 years, the practice management solution has adapted to the transforming trends in design and technology to maintain a “state of the art” user-interface. The solution which was initially introduced for single practitioners is now used by multi-site and multi-disciplinary practices with hundreds of users.

ECLIPSE offers many useful features, including EMR, inventory management, claims management, patient records, patient billing, e-prescribing, multi-office and multi-physician, physician scheduling, SOAP notes, and more. Besides, it allows users to access multiple patient files simultaneously without retracing previous activities.

Recent additions to the platform include synchronization of scheduler with mobile forms, custom forms creation, and “Real Time Data Flow” – which quickly highlights changes to every user currently working with a patient’s chart.”

The Eclipse practice management software is INGENIX certified for HIPAA-mandated electronic claims and is ONC certified Complete EHR.

ECLIPSE Practice Management Pricing: The pricing plan for the company starts at $1995. It offers multiple pricing plans for users to choose from.

ECLIPSE Practice Management Support: It offers support via phone and portal option.

ECLIPSE Practice Management Pros: The software streamlines the billing process and makes it easier for the patients to schedule consultations.

ECLIPSE Practice Management Cons: The practice management solution does not allow users to get support via direct email, or through an online chat.

Highly Recommended.

Pros:
We've been using the service for years and enjoy how easy it is to use and educate new employees on it.

Cons:
There is often a wait for tech help, but they still respond quickly and treat us with respect.

Nice Utility.

Pros:
Eclipse's office management software has always been easy to use and understand. When supporting me, the support team has gone over and beyond to ensure that I am pleased with their assistance.

Cons:
It is a little complicated. The Eclipse support team has made learning so easy and straightforward, even though I am someone who is not so familiar with computers. The "holding of my back" on Saturday afternoons to help me learn the awesome possibilities and capabilities of the app was very helpful to me.

Ease of Use.

Pros:
While Eclipse is designed for healthcare clinics, each of us has our own procedures specific to our specialty and our individual offices. Eclipse software, in my opinion, will adapt to the way we run our office. It covers everything from EHR specifications to a regular worklist. If my customer pays at the time of treatment or we are applying to main and secondary insurance on his or her behalf, I have considered the billing part to be second to none over the past 20 years.

Cons:
Nothing comes to mind that I will change. The software is constantly evolving to keep up with developments in the profession and the billing industry.

Attractive Interface.

Pros:
It is important to provide customer service that is accessible at all times. Things still come up, and when I have a question, I need an answer right away, and eclipse provides excellent customer service.

Cons:
I've discovered that the note-taking feature could use some work. Maybe it's because I haven't spent enough time familiarising myself with this section of the software, but I'm always overwhelmed by it.

Splendid Customer Support.

Pros:
Eclipse is simple to understand and teach to others. Exceptional Customer Service Requests for callbacks are promptly responded to.

Cons:
Patients want a single receipt for all supplement purchases and procedures. Text alerts should be improved. Use abbreviations and shortcuts sparingly.

Perfect Program.

Pros:
Based on consumer reviews and technological advancements, the quality is constantly evolving. This makes it both user-friendly and sophisticated. You save a lot of time by having well-thought-out processes, making for a quicker, cleaner running session.

Cons:
I literally can't think of any problems this software might contain.

Helpful functions.

Pros:
Data entry is simple to master. We've had this product for quite some time now, and we're still growing with it. At long last, we started using the calendar. Well, we were actually using a paper appointment book until about a year ago, believe it or not. Calendars are amazing.

Cons:
There aren't any that come to mind. For anything, having to leave a note when I call will be my only concern. That's just how I've been raised. Any time I dial, I get a callback, and guess what? I get to speak with a real person.

Life Saver.

Pros:
It's easy to use, and the customer service is excellent. The program runs well, and it's simple for employees to keep up with the latest developments.

Cons:
Updates are a disadvantage, despite the fact that they are fast and simple to do. However, customer support is eager to assist and streamlines the operation.

Very Easy.

Pros:
All is self-explanatory and straightforward. The team at the support desk is very polite and diligent in discussing something that isn't easy. The team responds quickly to any technical issues that might arise with the software or even whether it is our machine that has malfunctioned.

Cons:
Overall, this commodity is excellent. There hasn't been something that has caused me much difficulty. For the changes, I'd like it to be more manageable. Updates are only performed on the main screen, and it would be great to be able to do so from all of the workstations.

Effective through ages.

Pros:
Their practice management team provides us with everything we need and more. Their electronic health record is thorough and effective. The user interface is simple and easy to use. There are constant alerts. Excellent assistance. 20 years of professional experience.

Cons:
There isn't anything about Eclipse that we don't like. The next thing we'd like to see is that they move to the cloud. Then we'd be able to do it on Apple products.
