Pros ![]()
It's easy to use and to train new workers. For the price, the production is excellent. Customer support is still excellent, and the software seems to run smoothly. Training videos are also a big bonus.

The design for texting and emailing is difficult to use. Sending messages and emails to patients is more hassle than it's worth.
Pros ![]()
We've been using this software for years and enjoy how easy it is to use and educate new employees on it.
Cons ![]()
There is often a wait for tech help, but they still respond quickly and treat us with respect.
Pros ![]()
Eclipse's office management software has always been easy to use and understand. When supporting me, the support team has gone over and beyond to ensure that I am pleased with their assistance.
Cons ![]()
It is a little complicated. The Eclipse support team has made learning so easy and straightforward, even though I am someone who is not so familiar with computers. The "holding of my back" on Saturday afternoons to help me learn the awesome possibilities and capabilities of the app was very helpful to me.
Pros ![]()
It has sound logic that makes it simple for consumers to use the features. For all monitoring purposes, there is reporting. We've been using Eclipse for around 5 years and consider it to be both user-friendly and complex.
Cons ![]()
None.
Pros ![]()
Software flexibility and the freedom to run the reports The hours of service and provision of assistance are very welcoming.
Cons ![]()
As of this writing, I can think of just a few drawbacks to this program. One feature I'd like to see is that it's only on the iPad.
Pros ![]()
Data entry is simple to master. We've had this product for quite some time now, and we're still growing with it. At long last, we started using the calendar. Well, we were actually using a paper appointment book until about a year ago, believe it or not. Calendars are amazing.
Cons ![]()
There aren't any that come to mind. For anything, having to leave a note when I call will be my only concern. That's just how I've been raised. Any time I dial, I get a callback, and guess what? I get to speak with a real person.
Pros ![]()
Eclipse is very well priced. We've been searching for alternatives for around six months and haven't found anything that comes similar to eclipse's pricing. The software is well-maintained and updated on a regular basis.
Cons ![]()
Although certain communication functions, such as email and patient text messages, are theoretically possible, they are too difficult and impractical to be useful.
Pros ![]()
This was set up in the office that I bought. While you own the software, it will not function properly until you pay an annual fee. You can easily insert a note until the macros are set up. The findings were satisfactory. Cash procedure and credit card management are integrated.
Cons ![]()
My main objection is the cost. I didn't care about the software's payment system either. The macros take a long time to set up. It doesn't sound very natural. Remote backup is an optional feature.
Pros ![]()
While Eclipse is designed for healthcare clinics, each of us has our own procedures specific to our specialty and our individual offices. Eclipse software, in my opinion, will adapt to the way we run our office. It covers everything from EHR specifications to a regular worklist. If my customer pays at the time of treatment or we are applying to main and secondary insurance on his or her behalf, I have considered the billing part to be second to none over the past 20 years.
Cons ![]()
Nothing comes to mind that I will change. The software is constantly evolving to keep up with developments in the profession and the billing industry.
Pros ![]()
It is important to provide customer service that is accessible at all times. Things still come up, and when I have a question, I need an answer right away, and eclipse provides excellent customer service.
Cons ![]()
I've discovered that the note-taking feature could use some work. Maybe it's because I haven't spent enough time familiarising myself with this section of the software, but I'm always overwhelmed by it.
