We initially began with MARS, and ECP made the transition seamless. Caregivers quickly adapted to creating incident reports and observations, which are essential for tracking care notes and changes in conditions. ECP's user-friendly interface makes documentation both easy and enjoyable. Furthermore, the system consistently exceeds my expectations by addressing ideas and improvements before I even suggest them. The support team is knowledgeable, polite, and provides direct and accurate answers to any queries.

The main challenge I encountered was the difference in language and definitions used by ECP compared to our own internal terms. However, ECP was proactive in providing satisfactory explanations and establishing universally acceptable terms. I have learned to refer to "notes" as "observations" and "COC" as "change of conditions."

Comparatively, the previous system we used for med pass was easier to navigate. For example, once medication was provided for a resident, the corresponding face on the Home Screen would disappear or appear grayed out, which was a helpful visual cue.
