Pros thumbs-up

It's pretty easy and doesn't take long to learn. The layout feels simple and uncomplicated which makes it approachable. That same simplicity though, also means some features and functionality are missing.

Cons thumbs-up

Biggest issue has been the lack of support. Whenever a problem came up, there was never a real person available to speak with and that has easily been the most frustrating part for me.

Pros thumbs-up

Scheduling is easy and communication between providers and patients works really well. I also appreciated the way patient visit notes are structured, along with the messaging system for conversations between providers and patients.

Cons thumbs-up

There is a bit of a learning curve with the software but that's fairly normal and the training sessions we received were sufficient.

Pros thumbs-up

The platform itself is decent and functions the way it should. It includes the standard features you would expect from any solid EMR. Beyond that, there really are no other standout benefits.

Cons thumbs-up

Customer service has been the worst I've ever dealt with. It feels like yet another EMR designed by a physician but built in a way that takes advantage of small practices. Responses are slow, real solutions never seem to come and the cost is extremely high for what you actually get.
