I'd like the option to enter other relevant details, such as nicknames, directly on the schedule screen because in our office we typically locate the appointment by double-clicking the date and time and begin scheduling from that view, yet some information fails to populate there unless I first create the patient record and then go back to find the date and time.

I have been frustrated by the uneven communication around support case submissions although there are times when responses are excellent and prompt, there have also been occasions where our biller submitted billing-related tickets and never received any follow-up which I find unacceptable.
