Pros thumbs-up

For me, the system is really straightforward to navigate and its adaptable workflows let me tailor processes without hassle, while the content library is comprehensive and the support team has consistently been outst anding.

Cons thumbs-up

I'd really appreciate having a searchable online knowledge base so I can find answers and troubleshoot on my own instead of relying on support.

Pros thumbs-up

We find this EHR particularly strong at organizing and structuring clinical data and it was the first system our team adopted that allowed us to completely eliminate paper charts, which greatly simplified recordkeeping and day-to-day workflows.

Cons thumbs-up

I've noticed that the version we're using still feels fairly rudimentary and, while it covers basic functions, it doesn't sufficiently match our specialty-specific requirements, leaving gaps that limit how well it supports our more complex workflows.
