Pros ![]()
I'm impressed by how intuitive the interface is and my interactions with their tech support have consistently shown that they're highly responsive and truly customer-oriented.
Cons ![]()
No complaints at all; I've had nothing but positive experiences and have been a satisfied customer continuously since 2010.
Pros ![]()
I've found the system straightforward to pick up and easy to use and it reliably produces clear, concise reports straight from data entry; corporate keeps pushing constant improvements and their data extraction capabilities seem to get better every single day so it's genuinely usable and HDE is the bomb!
Cons ![]()
At the moment I don't have any complaints, but in my role as an administrator the learning curve feels much steeper and I'm still unaware of many of the capabilities in ESO EHR and Fire; realistically, I would need about a month-long academy devoted exclusively to ESO to become fully proficient.
Pros ![]()
I appreciate that all features are consolidated into one app, letting me stay on top of my personal management and daily tasks.
Cons ![]()
For me, the ADH runs slowly and chart reviews are unbearably slow, which disrupts my efficiency.
Pros ![]()
I've found the program makes switching between devices, tablets, laptops and desktop computers, completely smooth and it lets me consolidate every aspect of the monitoring performed on a patient during transport into a single, straightforward solution.
Cons ![]()
What frustrates me is that if the software misses the update window it force-closes the desktop application; after that it forces me to uninstall, reinstall and reconnect everything to get it working again, which is particularly difficult to carry out while my crews are in the field and actively responding to calls.
Pros ![]()
For me, it's very intuitive to navigate and the validation messages clearly indicate exactly what's required or absent, which streamlines the QA/QC workflow considerably.
Cons ![]()
I find it lacks deep customization, so when I want to monitor particular items I have to cross my fingers that ESO will add them in a future update.
Pros ![]()
As a clinician, I find it incredibly easy to use and it continues to perform reliably even in challenging environments, which makes my workflow smoother.
Cons ![]()
I'm frustrated that there's no iOS or android app yet and I feel they urgently need to develop an iPad-compatible iOS application so mobile use is possible.
Pros ![]()
From my experience, it's very intuitive; the mobile entry capability lets crews fill out reports in real time so that by the time we arrive at the hospital the documentation is essentially complete and I've found the reporting and QM modules to be robust, powerful and easy to navigate.
Cons ![]()
I'd appreciate some enhancements in the QM area that would automatically populate the review list from EHR procedures or impressions, since that kind of automation would streamline workflow and cut down on manual reconciliation.
Pros ![]()
I really value the quick, easy-to-use features that allow our crews to rapidly complete PCRs, because they streamline the process and let teams move forward without unnecessary holdups.
Cons ![]()
Right now I'm seeing an issue where street names are getting extra letters appended at the end, which causes conflicts in records, but I must say the support team has been fantastic and is actively working to get the problem fixed.
Pros ![]()
I find ESO incredibly intuitive and was able to begin using it without any formal training and whenever I need guidance, clear instructions and practical how-to guides are readily available.
Cons ![]()
So far I haven't encountered anything I dislike about ESO and it reliably provides helpful answers whenever I have questions or need clarification.
Pros ![]()
I find it straightforward and succinct to navigate when I'm completing a PCR in practice.
Cons ![]()
For me, there really aren't any meaningful drawbacks to using this method for documenting patient encounters.
