I've found the software remarkably simple to pick up, operate and tailor to my needs and I appreciate that it's consistently receiving updates and enhancements, the onboarding materials and support are extremely helpful for getting started and for rescuing me when problems crop up and I would happily purchase it over and over again.

From my experience, I believe the examination workflow needs refinement because it's awkward to navigate through the steps and once I've made an initial choice the interface often prevents me from revisiting or modifying that selection later which becomes particularly frustrating when I want to add additional items after the fact but can't go back.

I find the software simple to operate and it generates notes that I can confidently rely on for depositions without worry, furthermore because I retain onsite control, my backups are immediately available and the rapid pace at which notes are produced makes most cloud-based solutions seem outdated by comparison.

Adjusting to it requires going through the usual process of learning a new system which I expected and experienced when first adopting the software.

For my daily SOAP notes workflow, I find the interface remarkably simple and I also appreciate receiving the informative 'News to Use' emails on a regular basis.

Occasionally I notice small typographical errors and I'm disappointed by the subpar resolution of some uploaded images, such as X-rays which could hamper clinical review.

There's a tremendous amount of flexibility in how I use this software because whether I want to compose a novel-length note or jot down a few terse observations the system accommodates both extremes with ease, right away it felt simple to navigate but as I've explored deeper functionality I've discovered an abundance of features that extend far beyond the basics. The team has been willing to implement almost any customization we've requested and we've taken advantage of several of those bespoke changes to tailor workflows to our practice. Every week I receive an email that explains a particular feature or technique within the program which I genuinely appreciate and formal updates arrive on a reliably frequent schedule, roughly every two weeks. Having used chirotouch, document plus and a number of other packages in the past, I can honestly say none of them measure up to eznotes and so I strongly encourage giving the software a try since there is a 30-day free trial available and therefore nothing to lose, take a look.

There is virtually nothing I can complain about since the program is continuously updated and its simple design keeps the learning curve extremely shallow so I was able to get productive quickly without much frustration.

Built originally by a pair of chiropractors and still actively managed by them, EZ Notes feels like a product crafted by clinicians who understand our workflow and I have relied on it for more than a decade with continued satisfaction. The company issues updates biweekly and they proactively notify us about enhancements that progressively improve the quality and usability of my notes. Whenever I need assistance or guidance they are reliably available to provide support and practical advice.

My sole request is that the developers migrate the application to a cloud-hosted architecture so I can access it remotely and avoid relying solely on local installations, that's the only feature I desire.

When I first set up EZnotes, I discovered it to be extremely simple to install and remarkably user-friendly, such that even a complete novice like me could quickly pick up how to operate it without difficulty.

From my perspective, the interface has a rather old-fashioned aesthetic despite offering numerous useful functions and although it isn't particularly stylish or refined in appearance, it still performs its tasks satisfactorily.

I picked it up quickly because it's simple to learn and I consider it an outstanding plug-and-play solution that operates very fast while also providing PI reporting out of the box.

Unfortunately, I'm disappointed that it's not offered as a web-based solution and I'm also not a fan of their billing and scheduling platform.

I find taking notes very simple because the system auto-populates most fields which means I must be vigilant so that every entry does not end up sounding the same, the interface is mostly point-and-click and therefore does not take up a great deal of my time.

After I inherited management of the program, it took the company more than a month to repair the billing and sign-in functions so that I could access my account which caused me to miss several reimbursement deadlines and exceed the allowable time windows for filing claims as a consequence I ultimately decided to cancel the service and switch to another provider. Later, when an attorney contacted me about records in an old ledger and I reached out to the company to ask if I could retrieve and print those entries, they informed me I could only do so if I paid an extra fee which I found completely ridiculous.

I truly appreciate how smoothly EZNotes connects to EZBiz because our practice operates with both programs and I honestly don't know how we'd manage without EZNotes, it significantly organizes our patient examinations and I greatly value the clear, informative diagrams it provides during charting.

When it fails to behave as expected, we experience a noticeable slowdown in office operations that persists until technical support can intervene and although frustrating, I recognize that this is a common drawback shared by most mission-critical software systems that handle everyday administrative and clinical workflows.
