From my experience, it was far cheaper compared with the other services I tested.

Personally, I found that what was listed as documented never appeared on printed reports and care plans weren't included in the notes; the service felt extremely unreliable because when one problem was fixed another would surface and even though the billing component was inexpensive, I learned that whoever h andled billing had coded everything incorrectly for over a year, which created a major invoicing nightmare.

On my Mac, I have to access it remotely and I've found the system seems more tailored toward a PC-friendly EMR.

Having never used an EMR before, I found this system far preferable to paper records and I've noticed they put various processes and safeguards in place that help ensure we stay compliant with regulations.

What frustrates me most is how painfully repetitive the whole system feels and although we were told at the outset that there would be an offline mode available, it's taken three years for the aides to finally be able to use that purported feature; similarly, the promised spell check is still nowhere to be found and on top of that the software is riddled with a multitude of recurring glitches that have not been fixed, which leaves me enormously frustrated because I end up wasting a great deal of time having to redo documentation over and over again.

I rely on it to record my assessments accurately and whenever there are missing choices I reach out to support by email, who then resolve those gaps promptly.

For some items, I've found that not every medical choice appears in the dropdown menus and the "issues" notification frequently flags problems that aren't accurate, since many of the listed issues have already been corrected in the EMR.
