Pros thumbs-up

Having this software handle both clinical work and administrative tasks in one place is really useful! It covers patient medical records, medications, scheduling and also includes advanced billing and claim management so everything is centralized in a single system.

Cons thumbs-up

Even though the interface looks good, it can still feel pretty complicated for new users and some tools take training before they can be used effectively. I've also run into sudden system shutdowns while working on billing.

Pros thumbs-up

Works really well for keeping documents and patient records organized. It's HIPAA compliant and the scheduling tools are simple to use :)

Cons thumbs-up

It can be slow pretty often especially when loading documents. It also takes time to learn and navigating through the system can be challenging.

Pros thumbs-up

As a user, I find the application straightforward to navigate, and it offers a wide range of capabilities and tools that cover most needs.

Cons thumbs-up

Because the out-of-the-box canned reporting is quite restrictive, I was forced to look at Greenway's supplemental product, Practice Analytics, which they market separately; although that add-on provides many more prebuilt reports and even lets me create custom ones, it requires an extra purchase beyond Intergy, and I have to live with the fact that the underlying database only synchronizes once daily during the overnight window.
