I find Happy Charting really easy to use and the chatting interface is very simple so I can start conversations without any friction or confusion.
Cons ![]()
I'm frustrated by its insurance compatibility, I wish Happy Charting provided a built-in way to generate Superbills and enforced mandatory chart categories so that notes would meet insurers' requirements because right now those missing features make billing more difficult.
Pros ![]()
I appreciate how simple the interface is, the freedom to tailor the layout to my needs, the inclusion of HIPAA-compliant forms, responsive customer support when I need it and pricing that doesn't break the bank.
Cons ![]()
Every so often I mistakenly hit the button intended to pull in the previous SOAP note which unexpectedly wipes out everything I'd entered up to that point, though this only happens infrequently and apart from that quirk I really like it.
Pros ![]()
I'm really pleased that the software is fully customizable and simple to navigate, it's HIPAA-compliant, affordably priced and doesn't come overloaded with unnecessary features that I don't need.
Cons ![]()
Although it took me a little while to learn how to work with it and to customize my charts to my liking, the training videos made that whole process much easier for me.
Pros ![]()
I honestly can't praise Happy Charting enough , it's become, without exaggeration, the most indispensable tool I rely on every single day. Having used this platform for more than seven years, I've watched it transform the way I work and truly be a turning point in my practice. Instead of wrestling with slow, time-consuming paper charts, I've shifted to a mobile-friendly charting solution that lets me document as I treat and move around without being tied to a desk. By charting in real time I can easily leave at the end of my shift without scrambling to finish notes and the support team has repeatedly been fantastic about helping me fine-tune settings and quickly resolving problem areas as they arise.

Overall there aren't many drawbacks, though I'm hopeful they'll someday introduce a more visually engaging scheduler and possibly an integrated payment system which would make the platform even more complete for my workflow.
Pros ![]()
I've found Happy Charting really simple to use and I didn't have to spend weeks figuring it out which I appreciated because it operates independently I was able to continue relying on my existing scheduling software without interruption.
Cons ![]()
Unfortunately it doesn't let me synchronize appointments with my scheduling system but that's not a major issue for me because entering them by hand is quick and simple.
Pros ![]()
As a user, I find the system simple to navigate and the customer support both quick and friendly which made me feel genuinely cared for when I reached out and the charting process itself is also very fast and easy to accomplish.
Cons ![]()
I've noticed there are some restrictions around charting: while I can edit entries, I wish the app offered a wider selection of default templates and models to pick from because the current choices feel a bit limited.
Pros ![]()
As a user, I find the interface refreshingly simple and visually clear, with information presented in an easily consumable way that helps me move through tasks quickly without feeling overwhelmed.
Cons ![]()
I'm disappointed that I still can't download patient documents that contain Chinese characters which limits my workflow for certain patients although I'm aware the team is working on adding that capability.
Pros ![]()
I've found the app to be simple and very simple, offering plenty of customization options and their customer support team is friendly, quick to respond and clearly knowledgeable.
Cons ![]()
for me there's not much to complain about, the interface was simple to learn and my charting workflow remains both efficient and succinct.
Pros ![]()
Customer support here is outstanding.. the team offers simple, informative walkthrough videos that clearly show how to get the platform up and running and even though I'm somewhat of a Luddite, I personally find the whole system remarkably simple to navigate and use.
Cons ![]()
The only real snag I come across with Happy Charting is having to fill out an intake form upfront which forces you to make quite a few choices from the outset, however, I wouldn't call it a true drawback because it simply indicates that a fair bit of planning and consideration is required when you're configuring your account.
Pros ![]()
Using Happy Charting, I picked it up really quickly, the overall learning curve was quite short and once I had it tailored to my needs it became simple and simple to use. Within five to ten minutes I was zipping around the interface, finding what I needed without hassle. I actually value the clean, no-frills design in a clinic setting because there aren't any extraneous features which I appreciate since it means I'm not paying for unnecessary functions I won't use.
Cons ![]()
I don't have any complaints because whenever I need help they respond quickly and are reliably attentive whenever I reach out for assistance.
