For my existing facility, it failed to capture all the crucial data files necessary for ongoing business operations.

Pros thumbs-up

The cost is quite reasonable compared to many others, and I appreciate the ability to create templates based on my documentation needs.

Cons thumbs-up

When we were using HN, the customer service was quite limited, mainly handled by just one person, who I think was the [sensitive content hidden]. HN lacked the essential reporting and business features we needed, causing clinicians to frequently lose their work due to system glitches. We opted to switch EMR providers, and even after two years, HN still doesn't offer a way to migrate our company's data to close our account. They instruct us to manually download every note, file, and financial record, but this still doesn't cover all our data, so we keep paying a monthly fee to access it in case of an audit. Although there's potential in their system, I can't recommend Hello Note until they resolve the data migration issue.

Pros thumbs-up

Documenting and carrying over previous notes is simple. I can create individual billing records, manage billing, and generate invoices and superbills.

Cons thumbs-up

The process of recording payments requires additional steps that can make it somewhat cumbersome. There are more stages involved in ensuring that payments are properly documented, which can add complexity and time to the overall payment management process.
