Pros thumbs-up

I find the system remarkably easy to navigate, especially when I'm doing billing, posting payments and h andling similar transactional tasks.

Cons thumbs-up

For me, the reporting panel feels like it needs a lot more refinement and I particularly think the financial reports require significant improvement to be genuinely useful.

I ended up feeling let down because they refused to honor the money-back guarantee they had advertised, despite my repeated requests.

Pros thumbs-up

In my experience, the platform is extremely user-friendly and convenient and it excels at quality reporting because it supports most required quality measures and programs I appreciate that it's constantly evolving to offer providers the most efficient and simple methods for meeting reporting requirements and MDL and actively listens to provider feedback to make improvements.

Cons thumbs-up

I've noticed that when they roll out system updates there can occasionally be some delays and slowdowns, although these interruptions aren't frequent; there are a few minor aspects that could be tightened up, but in my view they don't significantly impact overall use.
