Pros:
It was a positive experience overall. It was most helpful to work with our account manager on a monthly basis. A practice manager would find the monthly management reports very beneficial. With the billing software, the EMR system is fully implemented. The full integration of records and billing systems makes it more effective for billing.

Cons:
There are times when the system doesn't run smoothly despite having fast internet connections.

Revolutionizing Healthcare Operations: A Technical and User-Friendly EMR for Scheduling and Note-Taking

Pros:
After using it for more than two years, I am pleased to report that this software is a great all-rounder. And, like an all-rounder, it may not be particularly good at one thing but is generally adequate at the others.It has very detailed reports that very clearly communicate the services you provide and those that you can offer but haven't provided yet (due to lack of need or the patient’s choice). The billing module is generally acceptable as well. And the customer service follows suit by being an all-rounder and generally very good. I would recommend it for those looking for a lot of features in a single package.

Cons:
When we signed up, we were given a lot of false hope about features that are coming in just a few weeks. Well, it has been almost three years now. Where’s the patient portal that I was promised? Granted, it is not a critical requirement for my practice, but I paid for the software because of the upcoming features. Then there are random bugs that plague the software, like when it takes up to three attempts to start the software. And it is not the fault of my systems, as we have faced the issue on multiple of them.

Excels in scheduling and note-taking, but with potential hidden costs

Pros:
It handles scheduling perfectly, which is why we invested in it in the first place. It is very easy to schedule and then modify the content later on as needed. Note taking comes natural to you once you start using the EMR, and even though they can be customized and shared directly from the software, which is great, it has a fairly usable web app, which is rare, and although it is not as stable and feature rich as the desktop variant, it does its job quite well. They assign a service agent to you who will stay until the implementation is fully complete, and that shows their dedication!

Cons:
My only complaint is that they kind of misled me when demoing the software’s capabilities. Some of the features that they themselves showcased were not present in the final purchase, and upon inquiry, it was told that they were "value-added" features, which basically means paying more. The feature I was sold on was the emailing of HEP to your patients. And I had to pay up for that afterwards. It is not an easy software to learn, and having a technical person on site to assist with usage is required.

InsightEMR seamlessly integrates everything related to practice

Pros:
It has the best technical support I have experienced so far especially considering how huge the software is. They are always at work making the software more efficient and a joy to use for even the most inexperienced. That being said, it is not an easy program to learn. It seamlessly integrated our admin, therapy, and everything else related to the practice, like invoices, billings, claims, etc., so that a lot can be done within the same platform. Whatever they may offer you and whatever the price would be, it would stay exactly that; there are no hidden charges or missing features.

Cons:
I have been using Insight ever since it was introduced. And as with any small company, the level of care they provided was unprecedented. It almost felt like they hired a separate employee for all the clients since a single person would stay with us as long as we wanted. However, as they expanded, their customer service suffered the most. There have been a lot of unanswered calls and unfixed issues along the way. They have shown improvements but still need a lot more work. Even then, the software is one of the best EMRs you can find on the market.

Pros:
Clinicient is a great tool, it helps me see my schedule at a glance and it allows me to run a lot of reports. It does most of what I want at a very competitive price, which is amazing.

Cons:
It takes a lot of time to run on the server. We also face connectivity issues with it. I would like to see it go web-based.

Highly recommended. Great service

Pros:
Clinicient takes care of most our billing related tasks for us which saves a great deal of time and other jobs can be done quicker. The system very well integrated and saves us the trouble of employing two different vendors and getting them to manually align their workings. Documentation is very simple and when integrated with the billing management section, it does wonders for both physician and patient experiences.

Cons:
Their support staff isn’t the best and takes too much energy to deal with. I get how things must be dealt with according to their significance and I have no problem with that. In any case, I don't generally feel that I am able to explain the issue well. It's almost as though there are communication barriers concerning our levels of expertise and I am not clarifying the circumstance properly that I need/need to be resolved.
