The patient portal feature is a big relief!

Pros:
The appointment scheduling feature of the application has really made my life easier and more relaxed. I no longer have to keep track of the appointments or follow up on my team members on an individual level as the software does the job. All I have to do is access the dashboard and view any updates on the project. I’m glad that I got introduced to this app and I absolutely love its tremendous functionalities that cover almost everything.

Cons:
There are only two issues that I have with the software. Firstly, even though the application has all the features to create a flow chart but there are instances when my teammates and I have to improve the charts further. The software does not offer the particular adjustments that we want. Even though these issues have been partially fixed in the latest versions, but the problem still exists and needs to be resolved completely. Secondly, I have noticed that the software works well on certain platforms only, such as Windows computers and phones. But it does not work as efficiently on my Mac. So, the developers need to focus on effectiveness for Mac users as well.
