Pros ![]()
While praised for simple tasks, the software is acknowledged to have room for improvement in handling more complex functions.
Cons ![]()
Communication is ticket-based, with vague responses. Ongoing issues since January 2023 remain unresolved, and direct communication requests have been ignored.
Pros ![]()
Performs its functions reliably in terms of EMR services. I appreciate that you can charge out of it, verify eligibility, and conduct demographics. I can also design a printable payment receipt that is tied to the chart. Also, you can effortlessly store generated work/school absence letters to the chart.
Cons ![]()
Sometimes it isn't very user-friendly. The major issue for my clinic is that Quest Quanum cannot be integrated with the system, forcing us to manually upload the results of our urine drug screens. Other than this, I don't have issues with the software.
Pros ![]()
The most appealing feature of iSalus EHR is its medical pre-registration function, which, despite being somewhat simplified, has rather powerful features. Medication providers will be able to observe contradictions separated by colors, and they will have access to this information right away.
Cons ![]()
I have to use it on Mac because it doesn't integrate properly with Google Chrome, which makes it quite limited since some colleagues use other operating systems. Accounting doesn't update very often.
Pros ![]()
I think iSalus is simple to use. I like that the fax and orders are entered into the system automatically. As a result, you may get all the information you need on a single place without having to open several windows.
Cons ![]()
It is a good software but it freezes mid-work sometimes. Also, I find it annoying because your tasks don't update automatically. You must refresh the tasks for it to display that you have communications, new orders, or faxes.
Pros ![]()
It is a simple and straightforward software that I have found very reliable for our business. I also really like that you can keep all of the client information in one location and quickly examine it. So much easier than searching for the data and outcomes in old paper charts.
Cons ![]()
In the beginning, the software would crash or run slowly occasionally. However, the issue has become more frequent now. It could be an issue with our deployment but I hope there is a way out of this.
Pros ![]()
iSalus has made prescribing for our patients so much easier. It keeps a log of patient’s data for about a year, which I use to quickly extract repetitive data and be done with a prescription in no time. We offer an enormous range of healthcare services, and iSalus is ideal for all of them.It provides different workflows suited to different specialties, such as nephrology. Neurosurgery, and many more!
Cons ![]()
I have to use it on the Mac because it doesn't integrate properly with Google Chrome, which makes it quite limited since some colleagues use other operating systems. Accounting doesn't update very often, so you have to wait a while to do it.
Pros ![]()
I appreciate that you can opt out of it, verify eligibility, and conduct demographics. It is also very convenient that you can design a printable payment receipt.
Cons ![]()
It could be more high-end, I think. The major issue for my clinic is that Quest Quanum cannot be integrated with the system, forcing us to manually upload the results of our urine drug screens.
Pros ![]()
The software's customization options, a notable feature in 2017, received positive feedback.
Cons ![]()
Documentation, note-taking time, and workflow are concerns. Providers take longer for notes compared to newer programs. Changes can take months to implement, and some changes may not happen.
Pros ![]()
The software's completeness, including a mobile app with limited function, and good support are noted positively.
Cons ![]()
Pricing was too high for the budget and navigating between various site areas was difficult.
Pros ![]()
The scheduler and messenger functionalities were appreciated for their ease of use.
Cons ![]()
Inconsistent report information, and additional fees for desired features.
