Pros thumbs-up

Handles documentation management really well! It's simple to find and pull up all the documents I need without wasting time.

Cons thumbs-down

Parts of assessments and other documents disappear after I submit them. I've had paperwork sent back for corrections and when I review it, a full text box is suddenly blank even though I checked my work multiple times before submitting.

Pros thumbs-up

I really appreciate its security, the way it handles clinical information and its patient management features. It also offers plenty of options for interdisciplinary team members which made it useful across different roles.

Cons thumbs-down

Starting off was the hardest part for me because it was somewhat difficult to navigate at first. The interface didn't feel very accessible and the learning curve was steep enough that I had to rely on teammates to show me how to use it.

Pros thumbs-up

Support used to be one of the better parts of this product but it has declined a lot over time. I really miss the previous support reps yet we keep getting passed to different people instead.

Cons thumbs-down

Pricing is a big issue. It constantly feels like I'm being pushed to spend more on extra add ons. It honestly makes me wonder if the company changed ownership or direction at some point. On top of that, I don't understand why RCM and EMR require separate logins and I've also heard the CRM has its own login too.

Pros thumbs-up

Right away this feels purpose built for behavioral health and addiction treatment so documentation, scheduling and treatment planning fit much better with actual clinical workflows. It also gives you solid customization options along with helpful tools for billing, reporting and patient management which makes daily operations more efficient. Overall it works well as a complete all in one platform that supports both the clinical side and the administrative side.

Cons thumbs-down

Cost is one of the weaker points since it can feel expensive and a bit pieced out with separate add-ons and extra fees. Some parts of the system especially treatment planning, are fairly complex and take time to really learn and use well. There are also workflows that involve extra steps and that can slow things down occasionally.

Pros thumbs-up

One of the biggest advantages is how customizable it is. As a super admin, you can build templates any way you want, modify them to each area and use them across a wide range of disciplines.

Cons thumbs-down

Using it can feel a bit outdated at times which adds extra time to charting. That said, the checkbox options do help work around some of that.

Pros thumbs-up

Working with this tool for our behavioral health documentation has been a really positive experience overall! Since it was built specifically for addiction and mental health treatment, charting and treatment planning feel much more practical and direct than they do with more general EHR systems. The structured templates are especially helpful and being able to customize notes around our workflow has made a big difference. It has done a good job of helping us stay organized and keep up with compliance requirements.

Cons thumbs-down

Getting started did take some adjustment in the beginning but once the team got comfortable with the system, our documentation process became much more efficient. No platform is flawless but this one has been a dependable solution for what we need.

Pros thumbs-up

Does especially well with billing sweeps. It makes it much easier to catch and work outstanding claims which helps behavioral health practices run revenue cycle management more efficiently. Another strong point is how customizable the system is. There is a huge amount of flexibility in both the platform setup and the documents so practices can adapt workflows, forms and the interface to fit their specific needs without feeling very restricted.

Cons thumbs-down

Doesn't have a clear, dedicated to do list. There is a dashboard but it is tucked away and takes a lot of filtering to show what actually matters so it does not do a good job of reminding users about things like missed notes or cosign requests. The link between scheduling and documentation also falls short. Appointment and calendar details do not automatically feed into documentation fields like date of service or time so forms often fill in the current date and time instead. That creates extra manual corrections and makes documentation more frustrating than it should be. The treatment plan feature is also hard to work with. The built-in tool feels overly complicated and not very user friendly which makes it impractical for everyday use in a smaller practice. Cost is another significant downside. The pricing structure includes multiple layers of subscriptions, such as the base system, billing and EMR and then adds per-item charges for claims, statements, ERAs, reminder texts and more. For a practice of around 400 patients, that came out to roughly $10,000 per month which is a heavy expense and can feel like constant nickel-and-diming.

Pros thumbs-up

Being able to create or modify my own forms is something I really appreciate and the built-in chat functionality is excellent, additionally, I find it very convenient that nurses can both order and transmit prescriptions from a single location and the dashboard, complete with sidebar filters, makes navigation and data sorting simple.

Cons thumbs-down

At the moment I don't have any personal complaints about the software although I'm aware that the billing team and several other departments continue to experience certain issues within the system.

Pros thumbs-up

Navigating the dashboard and locating patients is effortless and I find the interface to be extremely user-friendly and simple for daily use.

Cons thumbs-down

While the history and physical section feels somewhat restrictive, I have noticed that it does not fully capture the psychiatric components required for admissions.

Pros thumbs-up

Using the system, I found it exceptionally simple to navigate and it didn't take me long to get the hang of it either.

Cons thumbs-down

I frequently experience recurring hiccups with the system and at times the whole platform moves so slowly that it disrupts my workflow.
