Pros thumbs-up

For patients who want easy access to appointments and other records, I've found this app to be really handy and it even offers self-help resources so I can manage things without always needing to call in.

Cons thumbs-up

I've run into a few glitches while using it and although they haven't been frequent, I haven't used the app long enough to know whether these issues are likely to become major or just occasional annoyances.

Pros thumbs-up

There are certainly aspects I appreciate, like the competitive price and the large user base, yet all of that feels meaningless if the customer support is lacking.

Cons thumbs-up

I've attempted to sign up for their service and, while I still have questions about certain features, the customer support has been terrible: nobody responds for days and when they finally do it seems like they themselves don't know the answers.

Pros thumbs-up

I appreciate that it comes with a lot of interesting features for consultations and I often rely on those tools because they bring meaningful functionality to my clinical sessions.

Cons thumbs-up

When I try to view a patient's medical history, the presentation isn't practical and feels clumsy which frequently slows me down when I'm searching for specific details.
