Pros thumbs-up

Almost all of the EHRs are a bit complicated due to the nature of the tasks they need to accomplish. MediLink, however, has proven itself to be one of the easiest to learn and operate. And this ease is not limited to the hospital staff, as the patients are also able to access their files, lab results, and payments all with the click of a button. They have been pleased by the services we offer. The software is flexible, and the team is good at helping you restructure it to match the exact requirements of your practice.

Cons thumbs-up

It’s a good thing that this is cloud- or web-based. But that also means that it comes with its own web-related problems. like slowdowns, lags, and outages. It doesn’t save the progress automatically, so if you face a power or internet outage, there’s a very good chance you've lost your data completely. I would have preferred a local server-based version if they offered. The slowdown is very apparent when you’re trying to create a new file and enter the data quickly. It adds a lot of time instead of saving you any.
