Using this scheduling and EMR program is a breeze. Even staff members who have never touched EMR software before were able to navigate it flawlessly within a day. While there are a few tweaks we'd like to see tailored to our practice, we appreciate that customization is not always feasible.

It is honestly difficult for me to find any downsides to this software. Any glitches we encounter, which are expected with any program, are swiftly resolved with a prompt response. If I had to suggest a change, it would be to allow for font enlargement.
