Pros thumbs-up

It's improved tremendously adding AI really makes a big difference for the documentation part of a patient visit.

Cons thumbs-up

New updates always come with trade offs. The main thing that makes me a bit hesitant is that, at times, the AI doesn't catch everything. Also, EMA still freezes sometimes which can slow things down.

Pros thumbs-up

Efficient all in one setup lets me handle a pretty high volume of patients without needing a dedicated scribe. Patients also seem to appreciate getting their prescriptions sent straight from the bedside.

Cons thumbs-up

The costcan get pretty steep cost increases have ended up outpacing our current lease arrangement which makes it harder to justify long term.

Pros thumbs-up

Mod Med feels pretty comprehensive there's a lot of room for a physician to keep detailed notes, save procedure images and still stay involved with programs like MIPS. Overall it covers the workflow you'd want in one place.

Cons thumbs-up

Pricing is extremely high and the support experience wasn't great either, with responses sometimes taking forever. Also, billing was frequently off which meant opening tickets and making calls to get things corrected.
