Pros thumbs-up

I find nothing about their performance even remotely acceptable and after repeatedly giving them chances over time it is maddening that, a year later, they are telling me they cannot build certain items because they supposedly lack the NDC code even more troubling was them saying that the real issue was that he simply needed basic education on the most elementary tasks, which to me is deeply concerning and unacceptable from a company that markets itself as competent.

Cons thumbs-up

When we first met in my office I made very clear my concern about the previous vendor who was h andling billing offshore and he gave me an absolute assurance that the people who would be coding and billing for us were located within the continental United States , somewhere near Delaware and that they would be reachable for calls, able to communicate with us and actively work our aging accounts receivable; I was explicit that having someone within a three-hour time zone and not overseas, was critical. Months passed with no money coming in and only after four months of threats did I finally get an online meeting, yet for roughly four months since then we have had no consistent biweekly meetings and not a single substantive question from their side about any of the ongoing issues. When I began querying patients' dates of birth it became obvious that many encounters were never billed at all and they initially tried to tell me that nerve conduction studies could not be billed if an EMG occurred on the same day , a claim that fell apart once I discovered the patients had been built in their system and pressed them for an explanation; it turned out the people doing the billing in Pakistan insisted it couldn't be done, meaning I have nearly a year and a half of EMGs that were never billed. It took me three minutes to look up the correct way to build nerve conduction + EMG charges and present it to them, only to be told and I quote, "we just need some education," which I find intolerable coming from a company that advertises itself as a certified coding and billing outfit. On top of that, I discovered they were not billing any of the medications because they claimed not to have the NDC numbers , despite my having emailed those NDCs to them months earlier and despite the fact that a 90-second Google search yesterday produced every NDC they said they lacked; it should not be my responsibility as the physician to locate NDC numbers for them, nor should a professional billing team be unable to find such basic information online or through routine resources. The list of failures keeps going: procedures performed at the hospital were simply not billed because they said they didn't know how to construct hospital charges and only now, nearly four months later, are they admitting that some of the initial claims were never submitted because there was no note on the day of service , yet only about half of those were genuinely missing notes while the other half had notes logged on the wrong day, which they could have flagged to me a year ago so I could have corrected them; instead, their delay has left us exposed to losses from untimely filing. I am extremely troubled about whether this is a legitimate company at all or merely a shell or a failed startup that someone walked away from, leaving who don't know how to do the job; it makes no sense that if a second audit is underway at my practice I have not received a single request for clarification or additional documentation. After 21 years in practice and experience with many coding teams and vendors, I am used to receiving six or seven coding questions per week, but aside from the h andful I have raised myself this group has given me nothing but disturbing lip service. I will not use this company again and we are moving forward with requesting that the Attorney General investigate their practices for deceptive business conduct, in addition to pursuing a civil suit.

Pros thumbs-up

I've noticed our billing revenue has grown since they began h andling our billing and the scheduling component of the software is straightforward and simple to navigate the electronic prescription management module is also easy to operate, the reports are readily available and provide every piece of information I require to run this practice and their support is accessible twenty-four hours a day.

Cons thumbs-up

Occasionally the telephone support can be frustrating because issues aren't always fixed quickly and I end up speaking with different people depending on the nature of the problem, technical matters go to one team, billing concerns to another,so I would prefer to have a single, direct contact who can coordinate and resolve all of the issues within their support organization.

Pros thumbs-up

I really appreciate that the team and the platform are straightforward to work with, which makes it simple for me to pull up and review patient details quickly; scheduling is smooth as well and I can easily access patients' account information when needed. The fact that coding workflows can be integrated into the system adds an important layer of efficiency and on the whole I'm left with a positive impression of the software.

Cons thumbs-up

Occasionally I have difficulty understanding some of the people I speak with on the phone, which can make resolving issues or getting help take longer than I'd like.
