Pros thumbs-up

I like how easy it is to schedule appointments, how easy it is to handle documents, and how connected it is to pharmacies and laboratories.

Cons thumbs-up

Their iPad app is rudimentary. I'm hoping for more progress in that area.

Pros thumbs-up

We didn't pay a lot for the software. This does exactly as we ask, plus we don't really have to call anyone for upgrades because they happen on their own.

Cons thumbs-up

The fact that once a support problem took almost a week to get resolved, it was too long for me.

Pros thumbs-up

I appreciate their customer service and billing system. The billing is simple, and it has guaranteed that I obtain my accounts receivable on time so far.

Cons thumbs-up

The fact that they finished installation in a week instead of 2-3 days.

Pros thumbs-up

This application is simple to operate and manipulate. I appreciate that I can see my billing information, even though it could be changed more regularly. Almost all of the time, they want to collaborate with me to make it work. The cost is affordable.

Cons thumbs-up

Nexus EHR Software isn't the worst in the world. However, it comes nowhere close to some others. I would admit that a new update has been announced, which could resolve some of these problems, but with a system that has been around for so long, you will indeed expect fewer problems to need attention.

Pros thumbs-up

Just a few incorporated EHRs combine a specialty-specific EHR, ICD-10 readiness, and an infinite array of features. One of these is Nexus EHR Software and that's why I like it so much.

Cons thumbs-up

Their service is cloud-based, and before we upgraded our internet access, it was operating slowly on our system. Now we are doing well.

Pros thumbs-up

I like the system’s dashboard functionality. It is easy to learn and to use. I like the overall look of the system. The system is pretty straightforward.

Cons thumbs-up

There are a few things that I would like to change the system after using it for so long. The fax queue doesn't have a window to see faxes before documenting, no fax cover sheet is saved to chart, the patient portal is not easy to use, for scheduling, planning and patient updates we have to use another system, subsequent to making orders there is no alternative to save to chart.

Pros thumbs-up

It is easy to use. The support team is quick in responding to any issues that we face. The system generates professional-looking reports which are easy to read.

Cons thumbs-up

The manner in which the requests read, don't generally "match" the CPT code similar to wording.

Pros thumbs-up

I like the manner in which the charts are set up. This permits me to handily explore among patients and the entirety of their data in a timely way for the provider.

Cons thumbs-up

Scheduling can be somewhat finnicky and requires consistent 100% consideration (this implies requiring the patient to be postponed on the telephone to guarantee that each progression has been finished and no mix-ups are made.)
