Average usability.

Pros:
When printed and submitted to other providers, the appearance of the visit summary is praise-worthy. It's well-designed and simple to read for other suppliers.

Cons:
It's not always easy to utilize. Some functions are inconvenient to use and require too many steps to perform.

Not the best.

Pros:
The staff is pleasant. They have been able to make changes to the notes as we requested.

Cons:
The software is buggy, and resolving faults might take months. Since notes don't communicate with other sections of the system, you'll need to input your data multiple times.

Fluid and Effective.

Pros:
There are a variety of ways to access the critical data required to deliver reliable holistic treatment. The application has several features and techniques that make logging simple and painless. And when writing a new note, old information is easily accessible from the dashboard.

Cons:
The development of Care Plans is the only aspect of the software that needs some improvement. There are a few unnecessary steps, and it takes a long time.

Simple and Convenient.

Pros:
The software was simple to understand and use, which made it easy for me to train the rest of my staff. The OmniMD team is excellent at filing claims and then performing a follow-up on them.

Cons:
Some of the tasks I perform seem to necessitate an excessive number of mouse clicks between windows.

Easy to train.

Pros:
It is simple to comprehend and very user-friendly. The support team is praise-worthy. It has all of the features that a private practice requires. It's also very simple to educate new staff on, and the assistance and billing teams are very helpful too.

Cons:
It would be beneficial if an employee from the company could include or create any necessary certification forms that were not included in the initial configuration without needing to contact support.

Fan of its customer support.

Pros:
I can get help with the EHR by calling or emailing at any time, and I still get a response. Each individual is a good trainer and a great helper. I may submit data at any time, and it will be incorporated into the system as soon as possible. I propose the OmniMD application for EHR and billing to anyone who isn't content with their current system.

Cons:
With a lot of the EHR, I sent in the details about what I wanted. It was impossible to keep up with my paperwork. When I approached them about my problems, they scheduled a meeting with me, showing me the system's features and politely suggesting modifications to the documents so as not to annoy me. Now I'm working quickly on my paperwork.

Passable.

Pros:
It's easy to use, and our assigned support agent is very informed regarding insurance billing.

Cons:
The fact that the application might collapse at any moment, and that certain blood laboratories aren't in the software's database at all.
