Pros thumbs-up

One of the things I value most about OptiMantra is its customer support which I find absolutely unbeatable, this outstanding level of assistance clearly covers both the IT and Sales teams and on top of that I really appreciate the flexibility to customize workflows as well as the thoughtfully designed functional medicine templates.

Cons thumbs-up

My biggest frustration is that when I populate the fillable templates into subjective notes I find that apostrophes are inexplicably converted into question marks and additionally not all items consistently populate which creates gaps and extra work in my documentation.

Pros thumbs-up

As a small business owner, I noticed that it really backs small companies. As whenever I ask something, someone follows up promptly and getting everything up and running was not a problem too.

Cons thumbs-up

I am still learning how to use all of its features they could offer more one-on-one training sessions for new providers to speed up onboarding.
