Pros thumbs-up

The product's many features and its ease of use really caught my attention.

Cons thumbs-up

After a couple of years, I felt like they were constantly finding ways to increase costs, even changing the contract without discussing it. Any encounter beyond 450 would incur extra charges, leading to a significant spike in expenses. It was frustrating to see my costs double or even triple without any explanation. When I reached out for help, I was ignored, leaving me with no choice but to consider moving away. It's just not ethical.

Pros thumbs-up

Using it was quite simple, and the tech support team was incredibly nice.

Cons thumbs-up

Their pricing and billing practices were a nightmare. The prices displayed on their website were far lower than what they actually charged. Billing was a mess, with frequent double charges and invoices for closed accounts. They'd sometimes wait six months to charge my credit card and then hit me with a massive bill. Invoices were consistently wrong, filled with random fees and incorrect client information. The software itself had its flaws, especially when it came to correcting mistakes or generating reports, which could take ages to implement.

Pros thumbs-up

I found the navigation challenging. There is a lot of missing information about suburbs and states. It is not easy to find existing patients, and entering their information is complicated.

Cons thumbs-up

Dealing with patient information, billing, and navigating various options like Medicare and Health Funds was a headache. Plus, there was no direct scanning option for documents, and the day-to-day use was overly complicated compared to the previous user-friendly version.
