I deployed Proton PACS and went live in April 2014 after starting the implementation phase back in January. The planning paid off, making the process seamless. Building HL7 channels for various modalities was intricate, but it significantly streamlined our daily radiology workflow and the entire process from order entry to finished reports. Integrating Inteleviewer into our EMR created a seamless experience for our physicians. Our [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was delighted with the operational cost model and the excellent support. The software, both administratively and technically, has exceeded my expectations, and I've had experience with two other PACS vendors in the past. Absolutely incredible product!

Personally, I find Proton PACS very intuitive, especially with its integrated voice recognition software. The referring physician portal is reliable, and downloads are fast. Being able to access and read from anywhere with internet is a huge plus for me.

The template matching feature is not meeting expectations, and it's still causing efficiency issues for us.
