It is incredibly user-friendly. Once you have your username and password, it is pretty self-explanatory for the main functions. I have found the customer service to be prompt and friendly. Those monthly practice meetings with all the previous month's data are well-presented and really helpful for reaching our goals.
Cons
There are a few areas that could use improvement. Resolving issues with the main practice inbox and providers seeing their messages has taken longer than expected. While internal messaging is great, organizing and structuring messages from patients in the portal could be better. The billing component could benefit from more comprehensive training videos, and the ability to document for each claim is lacking.

I absolutely love that I can run my entire practice with Psychiatry-Cloud alone. The build and launch were seamless, thanks to their guidance. It was the easiest launch ever! Plus, the customer support always exceeds my expectations. They respond to tickets and phone calls within just a few hours, sometimes even within 5 minutes. The dedicated team provides monthly meetings and feedback tailored to my individual practice, which helps me maximize the EHR's potential and improve both the practice and business sides.

The Customer Service provided by the onboarding team is exceptional. I felt really supported as a newbie to Psychiatry-Cloud. [sensitive content hidden] especially, taught me everything I needed to know to get my practice up and running within the EMR and gave me every reason to stick with the platform. He went above and beyond in his training, addressing all my questions and concerns patiently and skillfully. Above all, he was very respectful and polite. After my training, I wasn't left to fend for myself; I was smoothly transitioned to an account manager [sensitive content hidden] who picked up where [sensitive content hidden] left off. It's a great team! I also appreciate the ease of scheduling patient appointments, e-prescribing medications to local pharmacies, and overall, navigating around the different tabs is a breeze. Psychiatry-Cloud is incredibly user-friendly, especially with the fantastic training they provide.
