Pros thumbs-up

I've found this tool to be incredibly effective for h andling our billing workflows, aligning tasks like automated statements and final dem and notices while offering a wide array of reporting options, what I particularly appreciate is how much control I have over the scheduling which can be tailored extensively and the platform even provides a diverse selection of icons and color schemes so I can personalize the interface.

Cons thumbs-up

When new features are integrated they often seem to introduce new issues and I end up dealing with frequent outages that happen at least once a month which disrupts our operations and becomes a recurring headache.
