Satisfied.

Pros:
I've been a long-time customer of theirs. It has excellent people performing fantastic work, which leads to a great product. Always willing to assist you and has a really good attitude. I had previously looked at and tried various items that paled in comparison.

Cons:
I don't have any downsides, except for a few minor communication issues between our practice management software and QC, which have all been quickly resolved. When compared to my previous EMR system, believe me when I say this one is far superior.

Pros:
Excellent integration with the patient management system. It’s been so easy to handle the records with this EHR software.

Cons:
System hangs up sometimes but not very frequently. Resolves quickly.

Great product.

Pros:
The good note-taking method allows me to organize my company and focus on helping patients rather than taking notes. With frequent upgrades, our representative is constantly keen to find new ways to improve the product for us. The customer service is excellent. Overall, I am pleased with the outcome.

The fact that no voice dictation is available.

Always improving.

Pros:
This software contains a lot of features that are simple to use. This product's creators are constantly updating it in order to make it better. The customer support staff is quite responsive. The Kiosk function is my favorite aspect of this application, other than the fact that it is really easy to use.

Cons:
In the two years that I have used it, I haven't had a single issue with it.

Pros:

Great for small sized practices.

Pros:
The application connects to our practice management system, minimizing the amount of data entry required by our personnel. The product offers a lot of useful features and can be tweaked to fit your needs. When you call tech support, they always remember your practice. Concerns and ideas will be addressed as soon as possible by the tech support team.

Cons:
There have been a lot of changes to the system. It not only has been a pro but a drawback.

Great GUI.

Pros:
Overall, it offers the best characteristics. For one thing, it's simple to use. Two, whether by email or phone, the help desk is reliable and quick. It also features a nice user interface, which is vital.

Cons:
It is not the fault of the software, but it is something to consider. You won't be able to import patients if you don't keep up with your DB consultants' upgrades.
