From the very start their representative understood every concern I had and handled everything with incredible patience and care. I'm not very comfortable with technology but she guided me through the whole process in a way that felt effortless, almost like she was right there inside my phone helping me step by step. Her support was truly exceptional and it's rare to come across that level of professionalism, kindness and genuine customer service. I really hope her work is recognized within your organization because people like herr are incredibly valuable and represent your company in the best possible way. She turned what could have been a stressful situation into something simple and pleasant and I'm sincerely very grateful. Please pass along my heartfelt thanks to her and thank you as well for the excellent work your team does.

There's honestly nothing negative for me to mention here. I'd rather highlight the positive and give credit to the good people who make experiences like this so meaningful.

It feels like the pharma-rep version of the same kind of money-making setup device reps have had to deal with in hospitals through "repscrubs."
Cons ![]()
This really comes across as a service nobody was asking for. Back when it was free, it was mostly just an annoyance. Now reps are being charged close to $500 a year just for the ability to book lunches. I talked to one of their reps today hoping to find some kind of workaround since I can't realistically expense something this non-essential. He told me they were still waiting to hear from my company's headquarters about my product line, territory and target offices. I even offered to give him all of that information myself but he refused to take it and said it was "corporate policy" that it had to come from someone at corporate. At the same time, he was more than willing to get me signed up for a paid membership. The whole conversation felt dishonest and shady which fits the business model overall. It really seems like they introduced this to offices as a free service, then once enough offices were using it, they flipped it around and made reps pay for access. Most of the offices I work with had no idea reps were being charged that much to use it. That's just not fair to those of us out here working hard.

Setting up lunch visits and sample drop-off appointments with drug reps at my clinic has been really easy with this software.
Cons ![]()
At this point, I haven't run into any downsides.
Pros ![]()
everything seemed great, but once my free trial ended, I could NOT get anyone to respond to my calls or emails. I got logged out, and all my lunch appointments were canceled.
Cons ![]()
Initially, I thought it was great, but once my free trial ended, I could not get any response via calls or emails. I got logged out, and all my lunches were canceled.
Pros ![]()
I found that contacting the office directly is much more efficient and personal. It beats using anything else.
Cons ![]()
Booking appointments is a nightmare. I still have to confirm with offices, doubling my workload. And now, we have to PAY for this rubbish!
Pros ![]()
I find it easy to use and to instruct others to use, especially for scheduling across multiple locations for our company.
Cons ![]()
Our company finds this platform excellent; setting rules is a breeze. I have no complaints whatsoever.
Pros ![]()
I really appreciate how reps can tailor their interactions to specific needs and address any questions they might have. It is a personalized touch that makes a big difference.
Cons ![]()
I appreciate more options to verify our providers' schedules, like their lunch hours. Some prefer visits during that time, and others are busy. It would be great to set specific provider preferences.
Pros ![]()
It is simple and straightforward for both our practice and the reps we work with. No unnecessary complications.
Cons ![]()
Appointments are canceled if reps don't confirm two days prior to the scheduled date.
Pros ![]()
Our front desk team spends less time juggling calls from pharmaceutical and medical device reps thanks to this software. Now, interested reps can easily see our available meeting times and book accordingly. Plus, it keeps our patient schedule separate and communication streamlined.
Cons ![]()
Initially, some reps struggle to use the software, especially in signing up to find our doctor's or practice name. They need to list every city in their territory specifically. Despite some initial hiccups, most reps now prefer this scheduling method.
Pros ![]()
I rely on this site to direct our drug reps for setting up lunches and appointments without needing a physical calendar at the front desk. It is convenient to have all our preferences and availability in one place.
Cons ![]()
More reps now have our office info, leading to more requests for in-office visits.
