I appreciate the speed, the spreadsheets and the way everything is organized, since it makes my day-to-day work much more practical and efficient.

As a clinician, I get frustrated that I can't create medical prescriptions unless there's a prior appointment and there's no simple button to copy a previous anamnesis into a new consultation, which forces me to re-enter information every time.

What I value most is how it brings the business side into view; while most medical software concentrates exclusively on clinical aspects, Shosp gives me a clear sense of our operational and financial picture as well and by combining healthcare data with business metrics it enables me to make more informed, strategic decisions for the clinic.

I'm dissatisfied with its limited personalization capabilities and the cumbersome feature-request workflow, because tailoring the system to our specific needs feels constrained and submitting enhancement ideas is unclear and slow, which makes it harder for me to get the custom functionality my practice actually needs.

I've found the digital signature feature extremely helpful and the system's overall usability is very smooth and intuitive, which makes completing tasks much quicker and less frustrating.

It would be really useful to have a pre-consultation questionnaire that automatically feeds into the patient's record, because right now that step is missing and I often have to enter the information manually.

For me, it's incredibly easy to use and remarkably intuitive, with a clean, simple layout and clear feedback on tasks I've completed, which is precisely what I need in a records and appointment system.

One thing I'd really appreciate being added and that would substantially streamline how I work in the medical records, is removing the need to click on each individual record tab before I can start typing; for example, when I finish documenting the chief complaint and move on to the history of present illness I would much prefer the system to automatically advance from one tab to the next rather than forcing me to click, which would feel far more practical and save time and the same idea applies to common prescriptions, where it would make sense for the app to jump from the 'Conduct' tab directly into the Memed prescription interface without requiring an extra click to open a new tab; additionally, regarding Memed itself I would expect it to pull and populate all patient information straight from the chart so I don't have to re-enter basic details like full name and CPF, which is tedious and unnecessary.

Being web-based, I found that it includes the essential features needed to operate a medical practice and for me it represented a clear upgrade over our previous system.

Cons thumbs-up

In my experience, the documentation could be much better for configuring the more advanced financial, invoicing and cash-flow features, since I found this area far from intuitive for the majority of users and additionally there doesn't appear to be any way for me to generate forward-looking projections of revenue, costs, or cash flow.

I've found the interface to be very user-friendly and straightforward and it supports electronic signatures and digital prescriptions, plus the telemedicine feature is excellent.

Unfortunately, it still doesn't integrate with my website, so I have to manually transfer patient registrations and the calendar of appointments that were booked through the site, which is time-consuming.

Overall, I find the software easy to apply and underst and and it is extremely practical for scheduling patients, managing electronic medical records, issuing receipts and fostering client loyalty via SMS; the support team is always available and quick to respond to requests.
