Pros

The capacity to design extremely complex custom online intake forms, as well as the autopay enrollment for automated batch credit card billings, are both greatly appreciated. There are a lot of videos on how-to documentation, and customer assistance is also responsive and timely.

Cons

It happens rarely, but the software does become slow or unresponsive. So far, I believe its a local issue on our end with system requirements or something similar. Also, we did experience a very lengthy implementation and onboarding process.

Overall, to be honest, I really like it! I was first hesitant to pay what at the time felt like a large sum of money; however, they provide a wealth of resources, tools, and information to assist with your business. It's an excellent concept that is generally very nicely carried out.

Cons

It's challenging to communicate with customer service. I wish they would respond timely. Other than this, I don’t have any significant problem with the software.

Neat and simple in many aspects, yet still allows you to perform these things: Create your own intake forms, diagnostic codes, billing forms, and scheduling. A safe patient portal so you can send clients a secure link to complete consent forms when they contact you. Overall its been good for us.

Cons

While Simple Practice is primarily intended for mental health practitioners and non-MDs, it provides a lot but not every service I require for my practice. For instance, utilizing easy practice, I am unable to e-prescribe, order labs, or see lab findings. They were not offering these features but perhaps, it could become more useful this way.

Pros

I was seeking a software to save me some time at the clinic as I am a mother of two young kids. And Simple Practice delivered on that demand. I particularly like the charting progress notes.

Cons

I wish it was simpler to use and had more capabilities. Took me long to figure it out due to inadequate video training and average customer care. Also. the following characteristics would be wonderful additions to Simple Practice: have Excel capabilities so I can keep track of office expenditures i.e. office supplies, tax deductions. etc.
