Pros

It has a colorful desktop with well organized information. A list of progress notes with the date and tabs on the desktop identify the type of lab and date and the type of diagnostic.. I can use the system to create custom templates for letters and include specific people, progress notes, and vignettes in a note. These templates are simple to create and save time in the long run.

Cons

After a recent update, the software tends to hang up a lot. And I am not happy with the customer support services. They don’t reply or call you back and I had to keep trying for two days at one time to get them to listen to me.
